::Clean rooms, friendly staff and a big shout out to indu our friendly driver!

::Great welcome from the owner Palitha who came out with tea and biscuit's as soon as we arrived. The breakfast is excellent and more than you can eat. It seemed to be a long way from the city but you can walk it in 20 minutes along by the lake and it is more peaceful that staying in the city. Any trips out can be arranged from here but there is no pressure to do so. All in all great little guest house and would highly recommend.

::Poor service and bad odor come from the bathroom

::A spacious and clean room in a pretty decent location, we largely enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse. Due to the relative coolness of Kandy (compared to Colombo et al) there is no air con in the room, but a wall fan was more than adequate for us. The breakfast provided was very large and set us up for the day - a big plus. The staff were mostly polite and helpful, though we sometimes felt a little like we were 'expected' to do certain things - though not to the point of feeling pressured. It sometimes felt like our movements and plans were monitored, though this may have been personal perception rather than reality. Can't really fault the accommodation, in all - comfortable, clean and well-located, it provided a good base for exploring Kandy.

::Very clean room. Nice bathroom. Comfortable balcony. Due to grate around windows and doors little bit noisy, and if someone is burning rubbish in neighbourhood, you cannot avoid to smell it. Earplugs recommended (as in most places in Sri Lanka). One of the greatest breakfast during our Sri Lanka journey.
