  Developer's have had no idea what they were doing, built without proper feasibility, it's flooded as usual, same as last year, ideally the owners should claim their investment from the developer

  Obviously a book cannot be judged by its cover ! I've purchased a house there so I'm commenting here with some knowledge of what's beneath this beauty that people are lamenting on ! Yes, it could've been a better project than most but there are many issues that were not completed by Nivasie and some of them are serious. Their Directors are in hiding and cannot be approached to resolve issues so many outstanding matters are at a standstill. Do your homework by speaking to knowledgeable house owners before dumping your hard earned money here.

Designed & dveloped by ICC, one of the best construction companies in the country & managed & marketed by Nivasie, perhaps the best real estate company in the country.
