  Pabavee cafe is a newly opened restaurant, so that they got lot to learn in so many aspects. Interns of location, less traffic near roads, amble parking space and around 6-7 dining tables can accommodate about 50 people. In terms of food, food quality is above average, but good and normal taste. Their portions may be smaller, however worth the price mostly. They have lunch buffet for 250lkr. They have fresh juices for reasonable prices, worth to check. In terms of cleanliness, its average and there are flys sometimes which is very disturbing, hopefully they will solve that problem soon. Toilets are normal, still now they are in construction stage. This place is the second available food restaurant between Yakkala and Kadawatha.

  Good food and nice ambience for a open restuarant.. ample parking and good service.
