::This is the BEST spot in Mirissa to watch the sunset! Getting there took some figuring out though. There might be other paths, but here is how we got there. We followed Beach road to the very end and ended up at Mirissa Seastar hotel. They have signs “This way to the beach”, so we did not feel bad cutting through their hotel (we did get king coconuts there). From there you face the ocean, turn left and follow the beach up the palm tree hill. You have to pass Sunset bar, which was closed during our visit.

::You can access this place by turning right at the big ‘Welcome to Mirissa’ board if you are coming from the Galle side. This is the great place to watch the sunset.

::There is nice sea view and soft winds - As I know there is no entrance to this place from main road but you can access this place trough a beach you have to walk trough a beach and then you can find this nice place. Once I was walking from Thalaramba to Mirissa trough a beach I found this place.
