  Customer service is OK. Parking lot is enough. Need to improve on so many things.

  I was the only customer to open a account and there was enough staff . but It took 1.1/2 Hours ( one and Half Hours) to do the needful ... It felt like I have gone to 1960 Government Bank in Rural Sri Lanka.... Complained to Mr Fernando ( Manager ) But still it took a while to issue me the Pass book .....
