::Customer care is pretty good. But they kinda lack of staff. Earlier they were open in Saturdays too. Now only on weekdays. I think they are the bank offer highest interest to fixed deposits which is 17 % for 5 year plan. Parking lot available for few vehicles. Located in the middle of the city, which is a help to people. Also other payments like electricity, water bills can be paid from here.
