  Booked a van exactly week ago for an airport pickup. Driver was late 1 hour and then he was rushing and driving very aggressively to catch up the time. Thank God the plane was late 30 minutes so I was on time to pick my family members. The van wasn't the same van they promised to send me especially I requested a good van as they were Europeans. the van was sent to me was old and not really comfortable as our knees literally hitting the other seats in front of us. Called the owner about the situation and not even said sorry and trying to denied that I didn't request a good van. Very disappointed.

  The worst cab service in Panadura. We went to kandy with them and the taxi arrived 45 mins later. Driver is not helpful at all. Vehicle is very old. Over priced too for what they offer.

  I have used ontimecabs numerous times. I never had a problem. And the drivers have always been pleasant. I highly recommend ontime cabs. Thank You.
