  It was OK to stay here on transit. On around 20 minutes drive from Colombo Airport. Room was clean but quite old. Food was OK....... Had experienced much better options around there is the similar locality. Staff was polite and alert.

  Totally negative. Very old building full if mosquitos and room condition are totally unacceptable

  The rooms are basic and are not fancy, but the hotel is very clean (including the pool), the staff are very friendly and exceptionally attentive. Food and drink are good and reasonably priced. Overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay, great value. Does not back out onto the beach, one of the few negatives, along with no toiletries or tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.
