  This bank is very helpful. Because it is open in bank holidays like Good Friday.

  State owned bank. Staff need to be improved with customer care and need to be active. Self banking system is there and you can deposit or withdraw money at any time. Also you can pay your utility bills through the ATM machines. Limited space of parking and most of the time bank is crowded.

  Very slow Long waiting hours till you get sick of it Staff not attentive Staff need to learn customer care A place which makes you angry

  Disorganised environment, lack of customer care, long process, time wasting. I spent over 30 minutes . I couldn't see any single smile from their faces. New account opening counter officer working on account book updating works also.unnecessary multitasking while 3 officials standing and watching. Branch manager is in his own world, dosent have visual management process. I expect better efficiency .So I moved to another private bank bank.
