  It's great as a Sri lankan top banker.Serve in a friendly way..effective and good staff here to provide different services for customers..they already manage the queue of customers by number of counters..They value the customer as they maintained..

  Super Slow service. Officers not willing to help customers. Still in 1990s

  Government sponsored bank. Should be little more helpful to the customers.
