  The service is much slower with respect to the other branches and banks. The staff is not very helpful and you have to go here and there and tell the requirement again and again to get even a small thing done. Parking space is available for around 10 vehicles however the place is generally crowded. The staff should pay more attention on providing a better customer care to retain customers given that people tend to work with private sector banks rather than the government sector banks concerning their higher efficiency.
