  Peoples hospital is a private hospital that provide mediacl care for adults and children . Most of Physician can be appointed here. Usually is not much comfortable place such like other private medi care centers. But normally it is a good place

  went to take an x ray and they took a good half an hour to even come and attend as there was a fight going on, they were all concerntrating on that. For a fact, I was the only patient and they were more interested on the fight as they left in between to check out the fight. Totally a bad experience.

  Had to wait more than 2 hours until the doctor got here. As a practice, they only call the doctor once the patient arrives at the appointed time.

  Dear Admin, Recently I have visited the hospital but unfortunately I did not receive a proper service. Please kindly terminate few nurses service over there because they will never helpful to a patient like me in future. For instance I went their with the high fever and they asked me to wait in the lobby till the doctor comes so I waited there more than 40 mins with high fever. After sometimes I asked one of the nurse about the doctor,then she replied "oh still didn't doctor Come to examine?" I said "no" after that only doctor came, and he was pretending as he didn't notice me earlier. Afterwards, he examined me and gave me a prescription to get medicine from the hospital and in the pharmacy. Even that point, he didn't ask me whether I have gastritis or not, to give medicine and he never asked me additional questions but he did ask me to take a blood check up for a viral fever(that's how hospital earns money) then I refused to get it done. However, service is very poor. Don't ever take your child and go their in an emergency purpose. Please. Thanks

  Absolutely poor service and feedback. I called them a day before my appoinment with the doctor and I also called them in the morning before leaving home to confirm whether the doctor was coming on that day. The reception said "Yes" and when I went there all the way from Kandy they said that the doctor had gone on a trip to Rome six days ago and hasn't still returned. The hospital personnel are hopeless and unreliable. I do not recommend.
