  Очень необычное и красивое место! Малопосещаемое и нетуристическое. К горе на которой храм и камень со шпилем шли через джунгли.. Деревня, что внизу горы маленькая и никто по английски не говорит..Природа великолепная. Храм старый и живут всего 2 монаха. Ну кого мы видели.

  Pettagankanda Aranya Senasanaya is a Buddhist temple located on a top of a hill called Pettagankanda, surrounded by a charming rural environment. It has given the name "Pettagankanda", because there is a huge stone box with a stone lid (in Sinhala we called "Pettagama") on the top of the hill. And also there are some legends saying that the ancient King "Walagamba" had lived here.
