::The worst drivers and I do put the blame on the company in this occasion due to mismanagement. Recently the driver refused to wait since my trip was a short one. The driver then had a serious argument in front of house luckily caught to the cameras. The driver used utter filthy language to me and my 86 years old farther who came to rescue me listening to the argument outside. The neighbours too noted the language was inappropriate and questioned me next day about the incident. The driver almost had a physical contact when he tried to take my mobile and asked me to cancel the trip and pay 100 rupees to arrive to my pick up location . Since my trip was important to me with my foriegn wife and the child standing next to me and no time to argue with uneducated rude people I backed off. Surprisingly even for my father it was the first incident in his whole 86 years life span. I strongly recommend the guests who ride Pick Me Cab Service to consider to opt another cab service instead, since that kind of behavior and an argument could end up even with physical injuries. I take this opportunity to write another incidence. Do not book a taxi ahead of time. There are hiddden charges and the taxi will never arrive on time and the customer has to follow up even though the booking has been made in advance. So now even though the ride cost me little extra, I shifted to another cab survice which is operated by a reputed company in Sri Lanka from long time ago. With the new taxi service I never met such unprofessional driver's. Now I consider that I have no longer have life threatening situations. After all safety should be priority.

::Drivers are good. But app is working with hidden charges. Rs. 4 for 1 minute waiting. That's very rude. You are charging from drivers as well. I'm not happy with your technical system. Try to keep your customers happy and drivers as well.

::Useless taxi company doesnβt think about there drivers. I had worked as a driver few months. I owned a Suzuki hustler and they force me to register and hire as a indian nano. After increasing petrol price I had change it back to mini catagory. Now I earn average 3000 per day. Thu charge 100 and 10% hires petrol etc I get nothing. PickMe fu@@@d me

::I have been using Pick me ever since I got to know the App. for a week I book minimum 8 vehicles. there has been several minor situations where the drivers have been rude and very unprofessional. Once a driver asked me to come on top of the road and stand for him at 9.30 in the night. I just cancelled the booking and never thought of making a complain since at least 50% of the people have been good in their service. But the incident I faced yesterday (24th May) with Pick Me driver forced me to put the worst ever comment on this. The company should teach these kind of animals that they do not have any right to disrespect the customers and our safety at risk just because we choose this comapny to obtain service. Driver Name - Jude Vehicle Number CAL9069 - Time of the incident - 5.36pm to 5.49pm. Trip Started from Joseph Fraser Hospital, Colombo 05. This driver initially sounded pretty angry since he was not able to find his way to the Joseph Fraser Hospital is from Thimbirigasyaya Road. This too after explaining him to route by me over a phone call I made to him more than 4 minutes. He came through the side road to the hospital gate and shouted at me as if I was his slave. then stopped the car on a huge puddle and screamed for me to get in. I still told him politely to move the vehicle forward since we cannot get in. While I got in from the left door, my sister got in from the right door with my 3 year old Kid. The driver started to drive the car while my kid and the sister was getting in and while the door was open. I asked him why did he do that and as the driver his responsibility is to see whether the doors are closed before he starts to drive. Since I asked he said he was looking at something on his phone and he thought we closed the doors. He started arguing with me in anger, while I politely said stop arguing and lets move on. Speaking to me in totally disrespectfully. I reminded him that I am the customer he was too angry whereas I should have been angry for with him for putting my kids safety at risk. then in about 100 meters from where we started he stopped the car and said this is not going to work, you get off and I am stopping the hire and he did so. Utter disappointed, disgusted the inhuman and disgracing service by this Driver. awaiting to see the actions they take on my complain made on the app on 24th May.
