  Always take change for spot fine payments it eases tension for both payer and receiver. Service levels dramatically improved when I did this

  I spent 25 minutes to buy one 10/= stamp, Only four people before me. Bad experience, Bad service. Staff is not friendly. Lazy staff.

  Good and efficient post office when comparing other main post offices in Colombo.

  One of fastest post offices that I've seen compared to some others. But staffs were never friendly but you'll pass thru.
