  A good open place with friendly people and also a nation wide famous coach. Highly recommended place.

  Owned by a local bodybuilder Mr.Ranil Silva. Located in the first floor of the building. One of the best gyms in Negombo area. All kinds of gym equipments are included namely, cardio machines, weight lifting equipments,exercise machines and benches for exercises. Other facilities like fans,washrooms,water filter are also included in the facility. Chargers ate reasonable. Parking spaces are available in both front and back of the building. The owner is also the gym instructor and he will guide you through basics. Supplements for gym practices are also for sale in here. Usually crowded in the evenings. Mornings are less crowded. Recommend this place for your fitness needs.
