  Located in Colombo more than 10 location. Cheap rate for the year fee. Mechines are good quality. Great supporting staff

  Has adequate room with enough equipment. Yearly subscription fee is pretty low. Instructors are good. In the mornings and day time the place isn't crowded. That makes the place pretty good for people who workout in the morning. But in the evenings, it's very crowded. And, sanitary facilities aren't good.

  A good place but, PROS- Annual FEE IS CHEEP, Separate areas for weight lifting and cardio CONS- VENTILATION is not adequate and the gym gets overcrowded in the evening and you'll get nauseated so if you can go to the gym during day time this is the place for you, Gym is UNHYGIENIC; people are allowed to wear there shoes into the gym with all the dirt from the road and there's SWEAT ALL OVER THE MACHINES and the machines are NOT CLEANED REGULARLY,so most of the people get SKIN INFECTIONS from here., ONLY ONE INSTRUCTOR for the whole gym;so if you don't know the exercises you'll have to stand for a long time till the instructor gets free., A LOT OF BROKEN MACHINES; they have alot of machines but more than 50% of them are not functioning and only there for the display., Lastly if you lose your membership card (which is just a piece of cardboard) you'll have to pay Rs.1500. P.s- I recommend not to go to this place. I went to this place for 8 months and I got a skin infection from here.

  Seems active place. Many people are practicing there.

  Instructors are there to advise and support. Small place located in the first and second floors. Sufficient clean equipment is available to train.
