  My always favorite bus service from Colombo to Jaffna. Whenever I travel to Jaffna I always book my seat at PPT Express. Their buses are modern and new. Very comfortable and has well trained drivers. Drivers will keep you safe and relaxful through out your journey. Sometimes I am able to carry my bicycle with me in the bus and it's really a cool service where no other buses has that option. If you are looking for a safer, not too cold inside, fearless, relaxing and friendly hospitality bus service the takes you from Colombo to Jaffna and back, I 200% recommend you to book your bus with PPT Express. Don't think for other options. Just do it.
