  One of the best places I can recommend any, for currency exchange with highest rate. I did it with them many times and all the times I got highest rate than available other places.

  Most genuine place I know for currency exchange with the highest rates. They are open on all holidays, Poya, Mercantile and Public holidays from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm. I have been exchanging currency since early 1990s with this place. In my opinion, here you can get the highest exchange rates you can get in Colombo and also Sri Lanka. Trustworthy, honest. None of my foreign friends ever complained about cheating or giving bad rates to them.
