  Customer service is very slow. There were at least 20 customers waiting and there were only one customer service assistant at the front office. At least security guard is very polite. He really works hard talking to customers and directing them to a seat with a token. Working hard is a security guard while lousy customer service personnel with clean suit is like he had a beating from his wife last night.
