  Very good hotel and staff. I spend one night during my transit. Good buffet for dinner. The rooms are shabby and not appealing. Negative thing is that rooms don’t have WiFi. WiFi service was available only at lobby and restaurant.

  I worse buffet ever. Which was served for my company get together. We had to wait long till they arrange and serve the food too.

  This is by far my worst hotel experience. Was put here by an airline due to ticket issues so I am glad I didn't have to pay. The restaurant is beyond horrible. We reached at an odd hour, after lunch buffet was closed and they took an hour and a half to deliver our a la carte orders. The rooms are shabby and not appealing. dinner at the aforementioned restaurant was in prison style. One plate with set portions. Set menu or something they called it. As I said our stay was free so we don't feel the pinch on value for money. They are understaffed for sure and the existing staff is unequipped to answer any basic questions.

  Reception hall is good and average. Front staff is friendly. But service from the waiters and the people at the buffet area was very poor and they won't check what customer's needs.
