::Just had a Feet Reflexology massage. They make you rest your heels on a wooden box with a old thin towel. How in the right mind is that meant to help? The most uncomfortable things in the world. They kind of miss the whole point about have relaxed feet and feel like your walking on clouds. My heels hurt more than when I came in. I wanted an hour but kinda glad it was only 30 mins as that’s the longest they do. Avoid for this kind of treatment.
