  The place to have ice cream. Huge variety of ice creams to choose from. Fits every pocket. Very refreshing and a real treat while in the simmering Jaffna heat. The staff is very friendly and can get their help to choose the one to fit your taste. Conveniently located. Ample parking space.

  I was two times here and really recommend to have a nice Ice cream in Jaffna. Service can be a bit better but still acceptable. Also here accepts credit cards. "Mega Special" Ice very popular one here.

  Most popular spot for ice cream in Jaffna. Lots of space inside to sit with family or friends. A/C makes it even better to enjoy ice cream there on a hot day. Good price for the amount of ice cream, less expensive than places in Kandy for example. Four stars because the ice cream is about average although there are many fun flavors to try.

  A bustling ice cream parlour in Jaffna which has earned quite a reputation among the visitors to the peninsula. The portions were definitely large for the price though the taste was nothing exceptional or out of this world. There are some original flavours which needs many visits to try out. Good if you can schedule the visit when you are not in a rush as you need the time to enjoy the experience. Parking is not an issue. Cleanliness is good though not in the 5 star rating. I suppose they know that they are selling icecream.

  Everyone who visits Jaffna doesn't forget to taste a Rio ice cream. They provide good service and tasty ice creams. There are various types of ice creams for a better price. There are plenty of space inside the shop so you can enjoy your ice cream freely.
