::The entrance is on the gampaha road just a few metres away from miriswatta junction. ( on the right side if you are coming from the miriswatta junction to gampaha road ) There is no sign near the gate saying its RDA ( since its still under construction as of when I visited ) It is situated in a light colored WIP building in a big garden with enough parking space The workers there are friendly and the service is fast but as expected from SL govt. Agencies, whatever you want done will take at least one business month to be done ( due to bureacracy ? Idk , the behind-the-scene work takes so long to be done 😆 )
