  We had two adjoining rooms and only one had air-conditioning. The remote for said aircon was in Russian while the remote for the TV was Chinese. There was only cold or cool water for the shower but not hot. There is a door with a flimsy hook between the bathroom and hallway. There was a window facing the internal hallway which, despite having curtains, had gaps thru which someone could peer into the bed. Breakfast was said to be "American style" which was defined as fruits and bread. Prior reviews seem to be the owner and a friend. Notice there are no room pictures. There is a pool but the photos are deceiving. .

  Great customer service, and staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean and tidy when we checked in and the views are stunning from the hotel.
