  Royce Rupasinghe at Sri Lanka Royce Tours booked for us the train tickets from Kandy to Ella for the total amount of $ 60,-. For this $ 60,- Royce Rupasinghe told that we both would have window seats in the first class. When we wanted to enter the train, we got located in third class and had to stand for the first few hours because our seats, of which only one was next to window, were taken by someone else. Royce Rupasinghe guaranteed that if the seats were not as promised, we would get a full refund. Due to the circumstances we feel mistreated and misleaded so we kindly ask to refund as promised. Despite multiple requests to solve this problem, Royces Tours & Travels never responded to your emails or refunded our money as promised!
