  When I arrive the first time to Sakya Pavilion I was amazed of the entrance of this domain taking you in this ancient atmosphere with serenity and beautiful park . A wellness restaurant open in the evening only started to served western vegetarian dishes and Asian specialties with Thai , Indian, Chinese and Sri Lanka cuisine in set menus and soon a la carte. The soft surrounding music and the torches lead in the walk ways give an enchanting feeling. We had an cold avocado soup with cucumber and chili croutons, a main course as a Frittata with bell pepper, fresh basil , onions and parsley. served with a cherry tomatoes and Feta cheese with a lime dressing . As dessert a mango sherbet with Sepatilla a, mango and guava slices

  Great architectural setup creating an ambience of many centuries ago. Enjoyed the food which was modern vegetarian but still artisanal in many ways
