  Went there on a Saturday and they were happy to give me a mani-pedi. I wish that they had been honest and said the normal mani-pedi staff are not there so they cannot do it. The staff were very friendly and helpful and very nice to talk with but just didn’t know what they were doing. The young man who did my nails absolutely destroyed them. He started cutting my long nails very short and I told him not to cut them so short but he said to trust him. A few nails later I said to stop again and he said to trust him again. He eventually said “long nails are bad for you... they grow into your skin. That’s why I have cut them off.” Then he took a file to the end but looked confused and started filing the whole nail, scratching the hell out of it. I thought maybe he was buffing them so didn’t stop him. Then I had to fix my own nails with the clippers because he had cut them so badly... not just an irregular shape but with sharp bits sticking out... he had cut some bits so close to the quick that it was painful... then he soaked my hands in DETTOL?!?!?!! and when he then rubbed the FOOT cream into my hands (again I said “that is foot cream! Stop! And he said “trust me”). I tried to tell the ladies that he needed he needed help to improve. I don’t like refusing to pay when someone has done bad work, so I paid... however I am seriously angry because my fingers are in pain now!!! They should have just said no. And he should have listened to his customer when I said I did not want them short! I may have been a tourist but this is not acceptable 😡

  I made an appointmentfor 7.30pm today and I made the booking yesterday. During that conversation I was told that salon closes at 7pm whilst the sight says it's open till 8pm. However after mentioning this, the appointmentwas confirmed for 7.30pm requesting me to come as early as possible. Today in the evening I called the salon just to reconfirm that I'll be there. The gentbqho answers then told me that the personwho undertook the appointmenthas gone our and the appointmentfor 7.30 is not possible. I mentioned not to let me down where I cannot make any other arrangement where no one informed me of this cancellation in advance. Atvtjis point in was told they will undertake the appointment and to come as soon as possible. Once again around 7.10pm, I received a call from a lady once again saying that the 7.30 appointmentwas not possible. This was for an importantfunction I had to attend. I feel that as a regular custome at Nayanas I was thoroughly let down and was so unprofessional. I must say it was very poor customer service
