  I've had 3 experiences with nayana each shockingly bad. The first was a haircut - I asked for a simple trim and got... a backward mullet? He called it 'layers' but that was a serious joke since the top layer was barely 5 inches long and my longest layer came to my hips. When I braided it, it was like blocks not a smooth transitioning shape and about 8binches of a rats tail... just heinously dangling back there... Second time I went was during my sister's engagement - they tried to pressure her to getting a facial 4 hours before the event! A 'good' salon would totally know that a fresh facial and heavy makeup can damage the skin. Third experience was when I went to get my nails done. Damn cheap place. Instead of soaking of the old polish - they just rubbed off the top and then literally DUG OUT THE REST. my nails were scratched with deep trenches just dug out. Im too nice I should have slapped someone and walked out (preferably myself for being an idiot and going back). was also nauseated to see them sticking there fingers into the hand lotion bottle to dig out the last scraps. So gross. Seriously this is one of those Sri Lankan place that have a repute simply for price not quality. I'm still mad.
