  Understaffed for a super branch. There is usually a long wait to get simple things done such as opening an account. But not the fault of counter staff. Friendly and helpful staff.

  Came to open an account today staff is very friendly and very helpfull. Only problem was I spend nearly 2 hours for that. I think u should add some men to do the simple work. Example: for photocopy etc. When counter staff go for that things so much time wasting. Staff is very friendly. They even let me open an online bank account through one of their computers :) Thank u guys really appreciate.

  Contains with a good staff. But too small parking area........ For a Super Branch....

  Limited parking and in busy times there are no one to get assistance for parking. Sevurity guard refuses to come and help when parking.
