  poor services,because i try contact to manager so many times and every time is line busy.please arrange the 3-4 land lines to contact the branch.

  Poor service. I had to wait more than a hour to activate e-banking system. Very crowded but little staff to offer the services

  Great service. I think no 1 bank in sri lanka.open 356 days. Full time.8.00 am to 8.00 pm.sunday open.
