  I am very happy about the customer service of this place. The staff is very friendly and supportive. I went there today to open a new account and everything was done very efficiently. They took care of all the paperwork and I only had to sign 3or 4 documents. I was immediately given a debit card and online banking feature was also processed in no time. Thank you Sampath bank and its wonderful staff.

  The website says bank is open on Saturdays as well but when I went there it's closed..totally disappointed
