  1 STAR,because there isnt anything lesser.. 2nd worst bank i ve been to..its always crowded, be prepared to WAIT a long time,the people at the counters are the most incompetent of any bank i have ever seen,they take at a long time asking useless questions,clicking things here and there..if someone in front of you have a cheque,good luck waiting!! Same issues with the customer handling person,they will ask you if you are a customer with the bank,and if you say no,they’ll rudely walk away..thats not how you make new customers,or any at all!! This is the same with the dharmapala mw,one near durdans branches..sampath bank seems to have a lot of customers but does not do ANYTHING for them!! EDIT:google seem to have included photos of colpetty branch near durdans..this should be the one inside majestic city/HOWEVER all are the same

  Very happy with everything to date, the service is excellent. I've been with Sampath Bank for 7 years and never had any issue with them. I usually visit this branch. The service is always polite and quick.
