  Staff was nice but little slow. I think because, there was too many people so that they could not handle. It will be better if they have more staff members. I tried to setup a online banking and it's not a convenient way. Specially, if you forgot the password, then good luck. You may need to fill some forms and get approved in order to reset your password.

  I have several accounts with this unethical bank. On 29th I urgently needed to cancel one my fd and get that money in my saving account in the bank. I sent a official message to do it to the card center manager through sampath vishwa. I think that manager may be blind or cant read messages. I sent three reminders and still that has not happened. Disgusting bank is doing such thing. I will remove all my account from this bank. It is not ur money it is my money
