  Horrible experience ever. Staff was so rude. Wasted 2 hours and did not give the service properly.

  Wait time is too long. Lot of time is wasted between calling of numbers.slowest service I have seen in a sampath bank. No queue may look pleasing to the eye but the wastage of time is higher.

  Nice environment and very good service, specially they have a token number systems as customer enter so no queues can sit and wait till your number call. It's a good system.

  Clean and quite place.Nice music playing alwasy.Good Staff.There are 3 counters .there is a one Cash deposit machine in the bank.I think Cash Deposit machine should be on outside with ATM Machines .That cash deposit machine can access only banking hours .ATM facilities available 24 hours .if you going to open bank account, you should waiting too much time to open it.all necessary application they do their self .its helpful for open an account .supportive staff.they are using ticket system to banking to customers .Good place to banking.

  Staff is nice but they take long time to serve the customers. The waiting time is too much. Convenient place as parking space and ATM is available.
