::Very poor service for the customers, they should implement a method to give a waiting number for the the customer, if not those customer service officers always confused and neglect the person who reached 1st may be they are not aware due to the work load. Over all they Bank perform well in Sri Lanka. Service side is the problem witch is observed in other branches as well.

::Good bank. But bad place. Parking lot is pretty small. We parked out side with difficulties. Security officer is also not cooperated well, also he was out side with hard sunshine.. Inside bank is also small, not much space for seating..😒 So much waste of time cause their careless attitude towards us when we in the counter..
