  This Sampath bank branch is highly congested, I see many line to the ATM and inside the bank ,but the staff is very good and friendly , will help you in anyway possible . You might to consider that there's little to none in terms of parking . The manager needs to rectify the long line .

  Staff is friendly and always goes an extra mile to help the customers. Usually crowded with long ques. Parking is also limited.

  In general Sampath bank is a useless and painful place to keep your money. They have no sense about customer care at all. However Piliyandala branch is reletively okay so they deserves 3 stars.
