  Great gym in Godigamuwa area. Very low rates but you get great facilities compared to other similar level local gyms. Hop in for a days work out for only LKR 200. (See the photo with rates, call for latests). 6 - 8 is peak hours. Rest of the time usually relaxed space. Space is well maintained and just enough equipments and weights for quick and decent workout. Good instructions for beginners. Ladies also present.
