  Very poor customer care....patients are not sent in as per the appointment numbers and the girls at channelling rooms are so rude....

  They are small but service point of view the best in Sri Lanka. Nice staff, friendly , affordable price tag, membership benefits, small issue in parking at peak time. however they manage the situation all the time.   Very clean and hygienic hospital. Friendly staff. They offer refreshments to their customers which made me amazed.

  Very clean and hygienic. Not very crowded when I last went. But even if it is it's still clean. Very friendly stuff.
