  Just before leaving Negombo, I had the opportunity to participate in a kundalini yoga class held by Sara. She is a lovely person and a charismatic teacher,. Her general classes are for small groups. The environment is relaxing and at the end of the class we drank tea together. I strongly recommend that you follow her general yoga classes or maybe individual lessons.

  On the last night before flying back to Amsterdam I had a private Kundalini class with Sara. Sara came across as very experienced and I enjoyed the class a lot. After the class I had a shower, we had an interesting chat and drank tea together.
