  Great Views from Balcony, Basic Beds, Decent Toilet, Standard Breakfast, Location a bit far from shops and attractions.

  Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced, plus the money goes to a good cause (ask them about the history of he place)

  Good place to stay and conduct training programes. Friendly staff and reasonable price. Close to Kandy town.

  Ticks the boxes for a comfortable, clean cheap room in a quiet location on the hillside overlooking the town centre. A tuktuk from the station will set you back around Rs200 ...and believe me it's a steep climb, take the tuktuk! Staff are super friendly, the bed was comfortable with a neat little en suite and a great view from the wee balcony... and for less than £20 it's good value. Breakfast is an optional extra, but it's only 10 minute walk down the hill to plenty of food options in town. The trust supports education for the poorest families of tea workers and some of your room fee goes directly to this cause.
