  So sad about the staff and their knowledge . I have a nice experience to share. Me and one of my university friend went this place to share some slides and video tutorials to a USB drive from my laptop. I was on the way to my university and we thought that this should be the correct place to work with the laptop in the middle of the Avissawella town as it is a library. We didn't go even inside and there was a bench or something. After some time an officer came to us and looked at the laptop like looking at bomb and told that "we are not sure what you guys doing with this machine here.It's really dangerous and if you don't stop this we have to report this to the police." We thought he was a mad guy and just replied with a smile. He went inside and later another guy came out and asked to stop that. We were dumbfounded and left as soon as we can. As far as I know Avissawella is not a very rural area.Problem here is not the area but the people who have selected this guys as library workers. And this was happened in 2015 or 2014 not in early 1990.Throughout my 4 years of university life I have not read a single printed book rather than reading the PDF versions of all those recommended text books.
