  DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IF U R TOURISTS. The owner is just a frauder to foreigners. I bought hoppers from here. He sold hoppers 50Rs per each. And I realized that normally the price is around 10-15. The owner cheated me. And we also bought small dish. And he sold about 450. It is expensive too considering that the normal price is around 200. In addition, we saw him using not fresh ingredient.

  Different kinds of food and beverages available. Nice place to take a photo in kandy town in upper view . Near has a park.
