  Went to change check. Had to wait more than hout to get fax for signature confirmation. But fax came 40mins ago it was on the desk no one knew. Staff is really slow and busy with own personal matters. They don't care if customer wait hour two or day.

  Bad service, queue is way too long and moves slowly all the time. Not recommending to start banking with this branch of Seylan.
