  They don't even answer the phone properly. Very unprofessional service. To get my own accounts balance, I have to jump through several numbers. They keep on transferring my number and finally ask to call their Head Office. 😠 Finally when I went to close my account, it takes more than 10 minutes to issue a form set. "The Bank with a Heart" I don't know what kind of a heart does this branch has.
