  After sales service is really poor. I hope, there is no one to answer phone calls though they have mentioned a few telephone numbers on their web site. Therefore, please think twice before making your choice.

  I bought a motor for an existing roller door, experience was appalling. Very poor customer service. Many calls go unanswered. To be fair to them this was in 2015. May be they have improved. Give them a chance if you feel generous.
