::Very Bad Customer Service . starting from 1st step to the end . i went their to check my delivery from another Singer show room . 3 times repeat the same thing for sales team and show room customer officer lady wearing blue business suite with SMILE badge ( No SMILE on her face ) never help them , even they didn't try to call the singer show room which i order my goods. very pathetic situation . Manager also there that time . no one help me. Need more customer service training . Thank you

::Most unethical staff..We had a bad and disgusting experience couple of weeks ago. we visited this place to get my sony phone exchanged. They didn't even offer a seat for my wife. They didn't tell us anything about the phone. Just threw to us. I'll never visit this place again.
