  Avoid this place... Friendly customer service as their focus is to sell you the item(s) and after sales is really bad. Expect a worse after sales in the country. Try some other branches. I have dealt with Singer Plus branches in Colombo and they are much better. Delivery is also very bad, slow and unprofessional. I have not tried the Singer warranty so unable to comment on that service. Therefore, I am giving just one star. Even if you complain, they don’t care at all.

  Avoid purchasing at Singer Plus I bought a fridge and they delivered a damaged item. Refused to unpack and they left it at outside the house. Called many times and they were not bothered! Buy somewhere else!!!

  Avoid purchasing items at this place. After sale and delivery is very bad (really bad). They won't respond to complaints or anything damaged during delivery. The delivery people will leave the item at your house and they won't unpack it, as it's their duty to do satisfy customers.
