  I had my wedding there. Service was very bad. Instead of providing service for what you paid, they were trying to do things in cheaper and cunning ways in order to increase their profits. There were arrangements to serve some bites after the welcome drink. We had provided plenty of food for that. But they had served only a small portion of that. Then for drinks, they didn't provide ice for whiskey (they had confirmed ice was available). There was a delay in preparing Lunch buffet which lead to delays in the other events. Ice coffee was not prepared on time and majority of my guests missed that. There was a power outage for around 5 minutes which kept everybody in the wedding hall in dark..!!!
