::Sales staff are not properly attending to customers. Their quoting price of a samsung refrigerator RT37 was Rs. 105k after all discounts. But fortunately i bought the same model for Rs. 84k in a online website. Why cant agent give more benefit to customers while other online webs giving it?

::Great customer service by the staff. Bought a microwave last week, and i couldn't able transport it to my destination, and the manager was very generous and arranged a delivery to my place. There were very polite and and customer centric in follow ups and etc. Keep up the good work!
